Study on Bankruptcy of smaller companies

A few days ago I met with Finance Minister Hugo Lavados and I presented the scope of "Study on smaller companies declared bankrupt during the years 2000 to 2006." This project, intended to establish the major characteristics of smaller companies that went bankrupt during that period. One of the most significant findings is that 87% of businesses during that period, ranked Bankruptcy system in Chile, are smaller. In other words, the Bankruptcy Act, is fundamentally a law dealing medium enterprises, small and micro.
